I am Mr.Swapan Mukherjee, founder of Lake Caterers which is stepping into 43rd year and it is of course making us proud to announce this.
Well, to be precise I would like to share some history of the company which I recollected for you all and would like to share.
We had a joint family where everyone did government and private sector jobs but I believed in self employment and creativity.
I loved food and its recipes and thought how to make it mouthwatering.
So I prepared my mindset to get involved in the world of food and with a very small capital I started my catering service which is my passion.
I started with 'hilsa paturi' which is a popular bengali cuisine and it was a hit.
Then I transformed 'boneless vetki fish' into diamond shaped fry and introduced in the market which was a megahit...nowadays known as 'Lake special fish fry'.
After that I introduced 'vetki fish paturi' which is boiled n steamed vetki fish with white mustard, poppy seeds, green chilli and covered by a Banana leaf.
Amongst the chicken I introduced sliced chicken and potato fries...widely popular as 'Lake's special fried chicken and chips'.
After that I concentrated on my fast food restaurants...known as Hasty Tasty.
I got positive and thumbs up responses from people and everybody liked my creations. After that I never looked back and went on creating cuisines which was the talk of the town.
I would like to share many more dishes with you all.
